Abstract Background Modern agriculture strives to sustainably manage fertilizer for both economic and environmental reasons. The monitoring of any nutritional (phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium) deficiency in growing plants is a challenge precision farming technology. A study was carried out on three species popular crops, celery ( Apium graveolens L., cv. Neon), sugar beet Beta vulgaris Tapir) strawberry Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne, Honeoye), fertilized with four different doses phosphorus (P) deliver data non-invasive detection P content. Results Data obtained via biochemical analysis the chlorophyll carotenoid contents plant material showed that strongest effect availability diverse total content compared strawberry, which affects variety leaves. measurements performed using hyperspectral imaging, several stages development, were applied supervised classification experiment. machine learning algorithm (Backpropagation Neural Network, Random Forest, Naive Bayes Support Vector Machine) developed classify from variants fertilization. lowest prediction accuracy earliest measured stage development. Statistical analyses correlations between leaf constituents, fertilization mass leaf/roots plants. Conclusions Obtained results demonstrate imaging combined artificial intelligence methods has potential non-homogenous crop levels.

Response of leaf endophytic bacterial community to elevated CO2 at different growth stages of rice plant
Plant endophytic bacteria play an important role in plant growth and health. In the context of climate change, the response of plant endophytic bacterial communities to elevated CO2 at different rice growing stages is poorly understood. Using 454 pyrosequencing, we investigated the response of leaf endophytic bacterial communities to elevated CO2 (eCO2) at the tillering, filling, and maturity s...
متن کاملNon-destructive Analysis Chlorophyll Content of Different Genotypes of Poplars Based on Hyperspectral Reflectance Data
Leaf Chlorophyll content (Ct) indicates plant physiological status and can be detected by hyperspectral measurements. However, it is difficult to conclude that different genotypes of same species have the same relationship with the hyperspectral data. The aim of this paper was to test that whether the different genotypes of same species have the similar relationship with hyperspectral reflectan...
متن کاملMacrophage content of spontaneous metastases at different stages of growth.
The macrophage content of spontaneous metastases has been quantified morphometrically for a panel of rodent tumors at different stages of metastatic tumor growth. Using a histochemical technique to selectively stain macrophages, we have evaluated the relative content of macrophages in spontaneous pulmonary metastases from the 13762NF MTLn3 rat mammary adenocarcinoma and the B16-BL6 mouse melano...

متن کاملSalinity Effects on Mineral Nutrients and Performance of Turnip (Brassica Rapa L.) at Different Growth Stages
In order to study the effects of different salinity levels on turnip (Brassica rapa L.), an investigation was conducted at Yasouj University, Iran, in 2010. The effects of four salinity levels including 1.92, 9.87, 19.6 and 21.94 ds m-1 (20:1 ratio of NaCl: CaCl2 in Hoagland solution) on germination, vegetative and maturity stages of turnip (Baherghan landrace) were investigated. The results re...
