چکیده
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) related to phytohormone signal transduction and self-incompatibility may play an important role in the xenia effect. However, associated research this area is still lacking rabbiteye blueberry ( Vaccinium ashei ). In study, we identified miRNAs, predicted their target genes, performed functional enrichment analysis of screened for miRNAs signaling self-incompatibility. A total 491 were identified, which 27 67 known as well 274 416 new found cultivars Brightwell Premier, respectively. Compared with ‘Premier’, 31 upregulated 62 downregulated ‘Brightwell’. Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) indicated that 4985 genes involved biosynthesis amino acids, plant–pathogen interaction, spliceosome pathways. 10, one, five, two, two candidate auxin, cytokinin, gibberellin, abscisic acid, ethylene, brassinosteroid, salicylic acid signaling, respectively, pollen identified. Further novel_miR_49 was a miRNA self-incompatibility, gene maker-VaccDscaff21-snap-gene-21.37 . addition, KEGG showed they ribosome, aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis, glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchor The results revealed microRNAs regulated based on signaling. Results suggest more effects regulation hormone necessary elucidating molecular mechanism

Infuence of pollen source and pollination Time on Furit set of Ferragness Self-incompatibility Almond
Different experiments have showed that interruption in pollination is an important problem in most almond orchards.Asmost of the almond cultivars are self-incompatible,pollination cannot be performed desirably and as a result a failure in almond yield is occurred. Thus under this circumstance, determination of selective cultivars compatibility and choosing appropriate pollinizers are so important...

abstract while task-based instruction is considered as the most effective way to learn a language in the related literature, it is oversimplified on various grounds. different variables may affect how students are engaged with not only the language but also with the task itself. the present study was conducted to investigate language and task related engagement on the basis of the task typolog...

OBJECTIVE It has been forecasted that the rabbiteye blueberry could inhibit osteoporosis. However, the inhibition and prevention of osteoporosis via rabbiteye blueberry are still elusive. This study was aim to evaluate the anti-osteoporosis effects of rabbiteye blueberry in ovariectomized rats. METHODS Thirty rats were randomly divided into three groups of ten rats each as follows: sham-opera...
متن کاملSelf-incompatibility and other pollen-pistil interactions.
Self-incompatibility allows plants to recognize and reject pollen from the same plant, thereby reducing inbreeding. Although in most cases self-incompatibility is controlled by a single genetic locus, recent results show that surprisingly complex signal transduction pathways and many players are involved in pollen recognition and rejection.
متن کاملThe Study of Morphological Traits and Identification of Self-incompatibility Alleles in Almond Cultivars and Genotypes
The evaluation of an almond collection using morphological variables and identification of self-incompatibility genotype is useful for selecting pollinizers and for the design of crossing in almond breeding programs. In this study, important morphological traits and self-incompatibilities in 71 almond cultivars and genotypes were studied. Simple and multiplex specific PCR analyses were used in...
