Identification of <i>Populus tomentosa</i> OSCA Gene Family and Its Expression Analysis under Salt Stress

OSCA (Hyperosmdality-gate calcium-permeable channels) is a cation channel protein. By participating in sensing changes extracellular osmotic potential, it induces an increase Ca 2+ concentration, regulates and plays important role hypertonic stress induction. However, there are few studies on the OSCA genes of poplar. In this study, 16 genes sequences were identified from Populus tomentosa genome, and renamed them according to their distribution chromosomes. Based phylogenetic tree analysis, the PtOSCAs divided into 4 groups, OSCA each group had similar gene structures. Two repetitive events between poplar family genes, one tandem event involving 3 fragment 2 Ka/Ks value pair was below 1. Therefore, can be seen that have purification effect during evolution. analyzing expression of gene under low high concentration salt stress, found following three types: Type I, where level increases both stress; II, at decreased Type Ⅲ, showed upward trend but downward stress. This study provides reference for functional analysis PtOSCAs genetic improvement poplar.
