چکیده

Protein is one of the nutrient components in milk that related to product quality. The protein are divided into casein alpha-s1, beta, alpha-s2, kappa, and whey fractions such as alpha lactalbumin beta lactoglobulin. There no existing data fraction dairy cow goats Banyumas Regency. This study aimed determine profile form goat Banyumas. Milk sample from fifty cows thirty was taken by random sampling some areas. identified technique sodium dodecyl sulphate gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) quantity prediction software. obtained were analyzed statistically Mann-Whitney between goats. results significantly different (p<0.05) molecular weight alpha-S1 (29.66 vs 33.37 kDa), alpha-S2 (27.76 29.49 (24 , 48 25.59 kDa) lactoglobulin (15.75 15.97 kDa). (7.88 4.16 g/l), (1.31 vs. 4.02 (8.74 14.24 kappa (2.41 4.28 g/l) (0.91 0.7 g / l) (p <0.05) cow's goat's milk, respectively. In conclusion, Regency different.

Use of DNA ladders for reproducible protein fractionation by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) for quantitative proteomics.

In proteomics, one-dimensional (1D) sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) is widely used for protein fractionation prior to mass spectrometric analysis to enhance the dynamic range of analysis and to improve the identification of low-abundance proteins. Such protein prefractionation works well for quantitation strategies if the proteins are labeled prior to separa...

A Simpler and Faster Version of Two-Dimensional Gel Electrophoresis Using Vertical, Mini SDS-PAGE Apparatus

We have modified one of the most useful methods of protein separation; namely, two dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE). This modified version of 2-DE is not only simpler and easier but also faster than all the currently available methods. In this method, isoelectric focusing is carried out in the first dimension using a vertical sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrop...

Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of mycoplasma proteins in sodium dodecyl sulphate.

Electrophoresis of constituent proteins in polyacrylamide gels has become a useful aid in the identification of mycoplasmas. Razin & Rottem (1967) showed that mycoplasma proteins dissolved in phenol and acetic acid give reproducible, species-specific electrophoretic patterns when separated in the presence of acetic acid and urea. We encountered difficulties when using this technique. Mycoplasma...

Study on pattern of Neospora caninumtachyzoite proteins by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting in aborted cows

The intracellular parasite Neospora caninumis prevalent in several countries and is increasingly recognized as an important cause of abortion and stillbirth in cattle. For characterizeing the tachyzoite antigens of Neospora caninumin aborted cows, sera were obtained from 116 cows which were aborted in the third semester of the pregnancy period and had antibodies to Neospora caninumin ELISA. To ...

Proteomic study of muscle sarcoplasmic proteins using AUT-PAGE/SDS-PAGE as two-dimensional gel electrophoresis.

In the present study, an alternative procedure for two-dimensional (2D) electrophoretic analysis in proteomic investigation of the most represented basic muscle water-soluble proteins is suggested. Our method consists of Acetic acid-Urea-Triton polyacrylamide gel (AUT-PAGE) analysis in the first dimension and standard sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel (SDS-PAGE) in the second dimension...
