چکیده

Abstract Background CVD is the leading cause of death in T2DM patients. However, few biomarkers have been identified to detect and diagnose early stage T2DM. The aim our study was identify important mRNAs, micro (mi)RNAs SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) that are associated with metabolic cardiovascular disease. Materials methods Expression profiles GWAS data were obtained from Gene Omnibus (GEO) database. MiRNA-sequencing conducted by Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform patients EQTL analysis gene ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses conducted. MRNA-miRNA co-expression network mRNA-SNP-miRNA interaction established visualized Cytoscape 3.7.2. Results In study, we 56 genes 16 miRNAs significantly differentially expressed. KEGG results indicated B cell receptor signaling hematopoietic lineage included biological functions expressed genes. illustrated let-7i-5p, RASGRP3 , KRT1 CEP41 may be potential for detection diagnosis Conclusion Our suggested downregulated upregulated play crucial roles molecular mechanisms underlying initiation development

Bioinformatics identification of miRNA-mRNA regulatory network contributing to lung cancer invasion

Background: Over the past 15 years, significant insights have been gained into the roles of miRNAs in cancer. In various cancers, miRNAs can act as oncogenes, tumor suppressors, or control the metastasis process by modulating the expression of numerous target genes. This study is aimed at determining molecular network of miRNA-mRNA regulating lung cancer invasion, by bioinformatics approaches. ...

Bioinformatics Identification of miRNA-mRNA Regulatory Network Contributing Primary Lung Cancer

Introduction: In clinical practice, distinguishing invasive lung tumors from primary tumors remains a challenge. With recent advances in understanding biological alterations of tumorigenesis and molecular analytic technologies, using these molecular alterations can be sensitive and tumor-specific as biomarker for the stratification of patients. In this study, the molecular network of miRNA-mRNA...

Identification of temozolomide resistance factors in glioblastoma via integrative miRNA/mRNA regulatory network analysis

Drug resistance is a major issue in the treatment of glioblastoma. Almost all glioblastomas are intrinsically resistant to chemotherapeutic temozolomide (TMZ) or develop resistance during treatment. The interaction networks of microRNAs (miRNAs) and mRNAs likely regulate most biological processes and can be employed to better understand complex processes including drug resistance in cancer. In ...
