چکیده
The development of various drugs from medicinal plants are based on its phytochemical and pharmacological approaches for curing different diseases, therefore, recognized in the pharmaceutical industries their broad structural diversity wide range activities. These phytochemicals compounds used as sources direct agents or can serve a raw material base elaboration more complex semi-synthetic chemical compounds. Since there is very minimal no side effects, need looking inwards to search herbal with aim validating use subsequently isolation characterization becomes important which be added potential list drugs. present study deals extraction active seeds Jambolan plant qualitative analysis using GCMS. major constituents identified extract were gamma-sitosterol, cholest-4-ene-3-one, humulene, caryophyllene, alpha-santalol, campesterol, globulol, eicosane, azulene, trans-sesquisabinene, diosgenin, heneicosane, beta tocopherol, carotol etc. Many other also considered low level. Out gamma-sitosterol main having functional group OH, may responsible reducing level glucose blood diabetes. This preliminary gives an idea isolate seed helps develop pharmacologically therapeutic ailments including
