چکیده
The present study screened bacteria isolated from rice rhizosphere for various beneficial traits related to three categories of plant growth promotion, abiotic stress tolerance, and compatibility with multiple agrichemicals identify a microbial consortium that performs better than individual isolates in improving under normal stressful environmental conditions. Among thirty-two screened, 29, 9, 20 were able solublilize insoluble minerals nutrients like phosphorous, potassium zinc respectively. About 31, 23, 17 found possess the IAA, ammonia, siderophore HCN production Abiotic salinity, drought high temperature tolerance displayed by 8, 2 10 respectively when examined their NaCl (4%, 6% 8%), PEG (64 g/l equivalent -0.73Mpa) at 45℃ temperature. Agrichemical tolerant identified screening fertilizers commonly used pesticides. Based on scores assigned during tests, 9 best isolates, each category, selected development consortia. Our aim this initial was consortia (C-1, 3) consisting compatible bacteria, evaluate effect seed germination seedling vitro C1 enhanced compared strains, C2 C3 highest vigour index I, II values 1616 ± 18 5.47 0.68 16S rRNA sequence analysis bacterial as Achromobacter sp, Stenotrophomonas sp Pseudomonas stutzeri. Therefore, has unique can be promotion while simultaneously demonstrating advantage over single isolate inoculants non stressed

In planta selection of plant growth promoting endophytic bacteria for rice (Oryza sativa L.)
In this study, bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere and inside the roots of canola (Brassica napus L.) plants grown in the field from northern Iran. Firstly, 150 strains (endophytic and rhizospheric isolates) isolated from canola were characterized for plant growth promoting (PGP) traits. Of them, one hundred isolates produced indole3-acetic acid (IAA), whereas 17 isolates solubilized ph...
متن کاملEvaluation of Some Morphophysiological Traits and Growth Indices of Rice (Oryza sativa L.) in Irrigation Methods
In order to investigate the analysis of growth indices and morphophysiological traits of rice, an experiment in the form of statistical split plots design with three levels of irrigation and six foliar application with three replications was conducted at Deputy of Rice Research Institute (Mazandaran- Amol) in 2017. By measuring the total dry weight and leaf area six times during rice growth, th...
متن کاملRoles of plant hormones and anti-apoptosis genes during drought stress in rice (Oryza sativa L.)
We previously identified the rice (Oryza sativa) senescence-associated gene OsSAP which encodes a highly conserved protein involved in anti-apoptotic activity. This novel Bax suppressor-related gene regulates tolerance to multiple stresses in yeast. Here, we show the effects of drought stress on leaf and root tissues of plants over-expressing OsSAP in relation to the levels of phytohormones, ab...
متن کاملEfficient in vitro plant regeneration via leaf base segments of indica rice (Oryza sativa L.).
A reliable and reproducible protocol has been developed for high frequency plant regeneration from 4-5 mm long leaf base segments of 4 days old in vitro germinated seedlings of indica rice (Oryza sativa) cultivar Rasi. The effect of age of seedlings, position of leaf base segments and optimum concentration of 2,4-D on callus induction frequency was investigated with a future aim to use leaf bas...
