چکیده

Abstract In agriculture, Bacillus species are efficient and ecologically tool for promote the growth of plant. Purpose: This study obtains plant growth-promoting (PGP) ability endophytic bacteria isolated from potato tubers. Methods: Using to growth, achieve purpose increasing production. this experiment, growth- promoting strain was verified by laboratory identification field test validation. Result: The isolates were identified as based on a 16S rRNA gene sequence gyrB analysis. DNA hybridization finally it velezensis. Among PGP attributes, K-9 found be positive indole acetic acid (IAA) production, phosphate solubilization, siderophore nitrogen fixation. isolate negative potassium solubilization. quantitative estimation IAA product 9.09 μg/ml. also had produce lytic enzymes such amylase protease. protease activity is 89.16 inoculation improved bioaccumulation roots buds yield in compared uninoculated control plants. Conclusion: These findings give an insight into ways use increase

Endophytic bacterial communities of field-grown potato plants and their plant-growth-promoting and antagonistic abilities.

To study the effect of plant growth on potato-associated bacteria, the composition and properties of bacteria colonizing the endosphere of field-grown potato were analyzed by a multiphasic approach. The occurrence and diversity of potato-associated bacteria were monitored by a cultivation-independent approach, using terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis of 16S rDNA. The pat...

Isolation and characterization of plant growth promoting endophytic bacteria from the rhizome of Zingiber officinale

Endophytes, by residing within the specific chemical environment of host plants, form unique group of microorganisms. Microbially unexplored medicinal plants can have diverse and potential microbial association. The rhizome of ginger is very remarkable because of its metabolite richness, but the physiological processes in these tissues and the functional role of associated microorganisms remain...

Isolation of Endophytic Bacteria from Green Gram and Study on Their Plant Growth Promoting Activities

A total of twenty five endophytic bacteria were isolated from green gram Vigna radiata (L.) plant. Four isolates which have shown better response for plant growth promoting effects on green gram plants were used as Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria (PGPB) in this study. It has been detected that up to 40% of the genomic 16S rRNA of isolated bacteria belongs to the Azotobacter genus. The result fo...

Antagonistic endophytic bacteria associated with nodules of soybean (Glycine max L.) and plant growth-promoting properties.

A total of 276 endophytic bacteria were isolated from the root nodules of soybean (Glycine max L.) grown in 14 sites in Henan Province, China. The inhibitory activity of these bacteria against pathogenic fungus Phytophthora sojae 01 was screened in vitro. Six strains with more than 63% inhibitory activities were further characterized through optical epifluorescence microscopic observation, sequ...

In planta selection of plant growth promoting endophytic bacteria for rice (Oryza sativa L.)

In this study, bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere and inside the roots of canola (Brassica napus L.) plants grown in the field from northern Iran. Firstly, 150 strains (endophytic and rhizospheric isolates) isolated from canola were characterized for plant growth promoting (PGP) traits. Of them, one hundred isolates produced indole3-acetic acid (IAA), whereas 17 isolates solubilized ph...
