چکیده
The Hangzhou White Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat) is one of the “Zhejiang eight flavors” in traditional Chinese medicine. phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein (PEBP) plays an important role flowering and floral organ development. Even so, biological PEBPs has not been studied, which attracted us. Here, nine CmPEBP genes that contain PF01161 domain were identified for first time, their was preliminarily studied. A phylogenetic analysis classified into three subfamilies: MFT-like, TFL-like, FT-like genes. differential expression performed under different tissues stressors using qRT-PCR. It showed each displayed tissue-specific patterns. Expression patterns response to temperatures hormone investigated. They finally demonstrated be differentially expressed. TFL-like gene expression, delayed reproductive growth, upregulated heat stress. Conversely, low temperatures. CmFT1 could inhibited by GA (gibberellin), 6-BA (benzylaminopurine), ET (ethylene), MeSA (methyl salicylate) but activated IAA (indole-3-aceticacid), ABA (abscisic acid), SA (salicylic acid) dark, whereas CmFT2 CmFT3 levels ET, MeJA jasmonate), downregulated 6-BA, SA, MeSA. GA, IAA, CmTFL light dark treatments. Further research on better determine roles development, especially prolonged spraying exogenous hormones.

Identification of the phenolic components of chrysanthemum flower (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat)
A standardised profiling method based on liquid chromatography with diode array and electrospray ionisation/mass spectrometry (LC–DAD–ESI/MS) was used to identify 46 flavonoids and 17 caffeic acid derivatives in the aqueous methanol extract of Flos chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat) (Compositae), an important Chinese herb. Fifteen caffeoylquinic acids and 15 flavonoids were positive...
متن کاملIdentification of Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium) Self-Incompatibility
There has been a heated argument over self-incompatibilityof chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium) among chrysanthemum breeders. In order to solve the argument, we investigated pistil receptivity, seed set, and compatible index of 24 chrysanthemum cultivars. It was found that the 24 cultivars averagely had 3.7-36.3 pollen grains germinating on stigmas at 24 hours after self-pollination throu...
متن کاملEfficient In Vitro Regeneration of Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.) Through Nodal Explant Culture
An efficient in vitro plant regeneration protocol was developed for Chrysanthemum morifolium, an ornamental plant. Nodal segments were used as explants in the present experiment. The explants were cultured onto Murashige & Skoog’s (MS) nutrient medium containing plant growth regulators (cytokinins or auxins) with various combinations and concentrations for the study. Maximum percentage (93.33%)...
متن کاملMicropropagation of Chrysanthemum (chrysanthemum Morifolium) Using Shoot Tip as Explant
Chrysanthemum has been cultivated for more than 2000 years and today, it is the world’s second most economically important floricultural crop following the rose (Teixeira da silva, 2003). Due to high popularity and demand for chrysanthemum it has become one of the first commercial targets for Micro propagation and thus tissue culture can be utilized for its large scale production. Regeneration ...
متن کاملReference Gene Selection for RT-qPCR Analysis of Flower Development in Chrysanthemum morifolium and Chrysanthemum lavandulifolium
Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) is a popular and powerful tool used to understand the molecular mechanisms of flower development. However, the accuracy of this approach depends on the stability of reference genes. The capitulum of chrysanthemums is very special, which is consisting of ray florets and disc florets. There are obvious differences between the two types of florets in symmetry, gen...
