Hypertension (HT) is a serious public health problem with an increasing prevalence all over the world. It significant cause of mortality and morbidity due to complications it causes in short long term. The majority applications emergency departments are HT. Hypertensive crisis defined as systolic blood pressure ≥ 180 mmHg and/or diastolic 120 mmHg. evaluated under two separate headings according presence target organ damage (TOD) accompanying these values. If TOD accompanies, hypertensive emergency; if not present, urgency. Whether or there end-organ most important key point management treatment. In emergencies, treatment should be rapid prevent damage.
