Hydrogel assistant synthesis of new Ti-MOF cross-linked oxidized pectin and chitosan with anti-breast cancer properties

Breast cancer is one of the most common diseases modern age. Although many methods for its treatment have been reported so far, report and synthesis new compounds based on technologies, especially nanotechnology, important. One laboratory evaluating anticancer properties in vitro MTT method (3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-Diphenyltetrazolium Bromide). In this study, anti-breast activity newly synthesized (Titanium Metal-Organic Framework) Ti-MOF cross-linked oxidized pectin chitosan hydrogel, which uses biopolymers structure, was investigated. The results showed that synthetic nanopolymer had cell proliferation viability 27% more than control (the half maximal inhibitory concentration) IC 50 111 μg/mL against breast cells.
