Hybrid Whale Optimization Algorithm for Resource Optimization in Cloud E-Healthcare Applications

In the next generation of computing environment e-health care services depend on cloud services. The Cloud provides a real-time for applications. But these generate huge number computational tasks, and comes with deadline, so conventional optimization models cannot fulfil task in least time within deadline. To overcome this issue many resource meta-heuristic are been proposed but find global best solution to complete manage utilization simulation time. order existing issues, an artificial neural-inspired whale is provide reliable healthcare work, two one reliability estimation other based technique neural network-based binary classifier. predictive model enhances quality service using performance metrics, makespan, average completion time, usages cost system. From results as compared algorithms ANN-WHO prove improve start by 29.3%, finish 29.5% 11%.
