چکیده

Abstract Background Autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation represents an increasingly interesting technique in plastic surgery. Only a few standardized procedures are available. Hybrid mastopexy combines the benefits of autologous and implant-based mastopexy, reducing implant-related complications prothesis size. Herein, we describe our surgical approach as “hybrid aesthetic surgery.” Methods A retrospective analysis all patients who underwent hybrid lifting with simultaneous grafting was carried out. Clinical outcomes, ultrasound evaluation upper pole fullness, postoperative results, were examined. Results Eighteen mean age 33 years (range: 24–52 years) BMI 25.8 kg/m2 21.4–32.1 kg/m2) included this study. Mean injected volume per 115 cc 78–144 cc). Patients followed up 9.4 months 6–24 months). No necrosis or major encountered during follow-up. Patient satisfaction high terms shape, size, coverage implant. recurrence ptosis observed yet no secondary revision surgery performed. Conclusions is effective safe procedure that augmentation. The transfer soft tissue allows obtaining natural onset rippling reduction size prevents but provides desired projection. This reliable option improves long-term shape elevated patient’s satisfaction. Level evidence : IV, therapeutic

Crescent Mastopexy with Augmentation

Mastopexy associated with augmentation for small vol ume and mild ptotic breasts has historically challenged plastic surgeons’ creativity. The perfect balance between breast volume, scar, shape, and longlasting results has been the main focus of the work of many authors. Circumareolar, periareolar, and donut mastopexy are different names for a common approach to patients with a ptotic breast....

Augmentation mastopexy.

Primary augmentation/mastopexy is associated with a significantly higher complication rate than primary augmentation alone. Despite this, its popularity has steadily increased. This demand has led to the need for careful preoperative planning and surgical execution to minimize the most frequent complications. This article focuses on the authors' experience with the technical aspects of the proc...

Revision augmentation mastopexy: indications, operations, and outcomes.

In the absence of any published information on the indications, frequency, and outcomes of revision augmentation/mastopexy, an 8-year retrospective review was undertaken of all patients undergoing revision of a previous augmentation/mastopexy in the senior author's practice. The data collected included original implant type, location and mastopexy type, indication for revision, interval from or...

Simultaneous breast augmentation with periareolar mastopexy.

Augmentation mammaplasty is frequently used to fill out the soft tissue envelope of the breast. This is most successful with minimal skin laxity or when there is no need for significant nipple movement. The addition of a periareolar mastopexy can reduce the skin envelope; however, its value is limited to those with no more than mild second-degree ptosis. Although this is a valuable technique, t...

Augmentation mastopexy: to stage or not.

Dr. Fisher: The first issue would be to find out what size she wants to be. One rule of thumb is that the larger the implant, the less lift is required. If you look at her side view, her nipple is almost at her inframammary fold. I think she has adequate tissue for me to consider subglandular placement of gel implants, using a periareolar incision. Once the implant is inserted, I could determin...
