Hybrid controller-based solar-fuel cell-integrated UPQC for enrichment of power quality

Abstract A fuzzy-integrated sliding mode-based hybrid controller (FISMHC) attributed to unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) was proposed in this study through implementation with solar integrated fuel cell incorporation of UPQC within sequence designed for active filters series and shunt configurations under shared structure DC-link capacitor deployment. Furthermore, the scheme FISMHC (U-FISMHC) can achieve following goals: (i) maintaining constant voltage absence peak overshoot, (ii) performance evaluation varied fluctuations grid voltage, (iii) decreasing source current load harmonics. In addition, compares U-FISMHC distribution case over specific test conditions such as supply voltages, irradiation, conditioned loads demonstrate controller’s superior performance.
