Abstract The management of organic fertilization in passion fruit has been carried out empirically based on the responses crops and experience farmers. Knowledge physiological plants to fertilizers is essential optimize programs. objective this study was evaluate differential expression genes coding for nitrate transporters as well plasma membrane H+-ATPase seedlings treated with different presence or not humic acids. equivalent one gram total nitrogen dissolved water from cattle manure, castor oil cake urea were added a suspension acids (2 mmol/L). Differential low high affinity (PeNRT2.2 PeNRT1.1 PeNRT2.2e) (PeMha) performed by qRT-PCR. use manure increased transporter regarding control. application amplified increase observed transcription high-affinity fertilization, no effect cake. Humic induced gene encoding H+-ATPases all treatments compared biofertilizer concentrations directly plant can be used optimizing urea.
