The current situation in higher medical education is characterized by a high degree of uncertainty. This expressed inthe trend permanent revision the educational load. So, late 90s, subordination was abolished, most recently school lost its internship, and now all subjects studied are divided into core non-core, latter undergoing constant reductions teaching hours. humanities especially affected, including basis foundations activi-ty–bioethics. It seems that students given professional knowledge, but they not shown how to apply it, guided principles humanism. In this regard, it necessary turn latest state documents determine direction moral training young professionals and, above all, future doctors. Their analysis shows interested only top-notch spe-cialists, morally oriented towards kindness, compassion understanding.
