How Job Burnout Impacts the Goal-Focused Leader Behavior with the Mediating Role of Supervisor’s Bottom-line Mentality

Research studies consistently demonstrate the impact of job burnout on workplace performance. By establishing and justifying association between goal-focused leader behavior (i.e., supervisory performance is one key factors in achieving organizational goals), goal study to expand literature concerning interaction that leads goals. Hypothesizing bottom-line mentality (BLM) also plays an important role clarifying why there a relationship supervisor (BLM). It proposed exclusively GFLB (goal-focused behavior) related when BLM mediates relationship. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 Smart-PLS (version 4.0.9.0) determine how variables influence each other. PLS-SEM, assessed theoretical model 310 valid research questionnaires. Using validity reliability assessments, path fits well with quantitative data. Consequently, all hypotheses supported, indicating mediating Supervisor's BLM.
