Palmoplantar (palmo meaning palm of the hand, plantar sole foot) pustulosis (PPP) is a persistent (chronic) condition that causes blisters filled with fluid on palms and soles feet. The skin can be very itchy painful, particularly if there are deep cracks in skin. persistent, but symptoms vary, becoming better worse over time, often no obvious cause.
