How career adaptability influences job embeddedness of self-initiated expatriates? The mediating role of job crafting

چکیده
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between career adaptability, job crafting, and embeddedness, it predicted that adaptability promotes embeddedness in self-initiated expatriates by increasing their crafting behavior. Data were collected from 881 multinational companies United Arab Emirates, which analyzed using structural equation modeling. modeling results support proposed hypotheses suggest are associated with embeddedness. Specifically, is effective promoting through crafting. Therefore, an important antecedent for proactivity organizations.
