The work is devoted to researching a new method of hot direct-reverse extrusion hollow conical products from high-carbon steel and determinated parameters for technological design. considered makes it possible obtain in one step with different wall thickness height, while the upper part product can be greater than bottom part. dimensions initial workpiece are determined by modeling using finite element method, which ensures simultaneous flow metal forward reverse directions during process forming product, reduces deformation force. use this also leads decrease heating deforming tool due contact area deformed tool. strain rate ensure temperature interval extrusion. dependencies force extrusion, removal punch workpiece, pushing out matrix on movement corresponding established. final shape distribution deformations were found. For maximum amount force, distributions specific forces contacting surfaces punch, matrix, ejector stress volume According obtained data, technology developed implemented universal press equipment, has high productivity reduction number stamping steps. design stamp extruding certain sizes forced cooling given.
