Honeycomb nanogold networks with highly active sites.
The formation of macroporous honeycomb gold using an electrochemically generated hydrogen bubble template is described. The synthesis procedure induces the formation of highly active surfaces with enhanced electrocatalytic and surface enhanced Raman scattering properties.

An octylsilane-stabilized colloidal dispersion of 2 nm crystalline gold nanoparticles is highly active and selective for the aerobic oxidations of stilbene and cyclohexene in methylcyclohexane.
متن کاملAutomatic classification of highly related Malate Dehydrogenase and L-Lactate Dehydrogenase based on 3D-pattern of active sites
Accurate protein function prediction is an important subject in bioinformatics, especially wheresequentially and structurally similar proteins have different functions. Malate dehydrogenaseand L-lactate dehydrogenase are two evolutionary related enzymes, which exist in a widevariety of organisms. These enzymes are sequentially and structurally similar and sharecommon active site residues, spati...
متن کاملCopolymerization of ethylene with α-olefins over highly active supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst with vanadium active component
The new highly active supported vanadium-magnesium catalyst (VMC) has been studied in α-olefin (1-butene, 1-hexene)/ ethylene copolymerization in the presence of hydrogen. Data on the effect of α-olefin/ethylene ratio in copolymerization on the content of branchings in copolymers, kinetic profile, copolymer yield, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of copolymers have been obtain...
متن کاملComparing active Leptospermum honey dressing with conventional dressing in skin graft donor sites
Background: Active Leptospermum honey has non-peroxide antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, rendering it suitable for wound healing. Leptospermum honey is endemic in New Zealand belonging to the manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium). The objective of the present research was to compare the efficacy of manuka honey dressing with conventional dressing regarding skin graft donor sites...
