Holistic Blended Values: Another Social Entrepreneurship Paradigm

This study seeks to comprehend in-depth how social entrepreneurship (SE) practices from a business standpoint in Islamic boarding schools, as well what values emerge SE practices. The qualitative research design is descriptive exploratory, with holistic single-case conducted at the Sidogiri school Pasuruan, Indonesia. In-depth interviews, field observations, focused discussions, and review of supporting documents were employed collect data. used Purposive sampling was select key informants, snowball technique other informants based on informant recommendations. After maintaining quality standards through data triangulation, observers sources, member checks, analysis employs an interactive model. According findings, are implemented combination corporate responsibility programs, bottom-of-the-pyramid orientation, activities, spirituality. distinction development school-based perspective Indonesia this balance. balance program, reflected blended value, critical business's existence sustainability. last section goes over implications future research.
