Ho Chi Minh is a great man whose life, career, ideology and actions are associated with heroic historical period of the Vietnamese nation. He not only loved respected by people but also admired honoured world. Resolution United Nations Educational, Scientific Cultural Organization on 100th anniversary birth President Minh: "The national hero Vietnam cultural man”. Minh's revolutionary career has left Communist Party invaluable heritage reasoning particularly important issues, including profound philosophy human rights, up to now, there remains theoretical practical values.
