Landscapes, whose characters are the result of action and interaction natural and/or human factors, dynamic. Proper understanding today’s landscapes is only possible through knowledge their historical dimension, in other words, changes that have occurred time-slices or time-depth. Historic Landscape Characterization (HLC) an approach to management present historic environment as a product past basis for future change.HLC was applied Kazda?? National Park which has very important ecosystems terms Turkey especially Asia Europe. In this research, Character Types were mapped relevant attributes assigned them 127 years time depth with ArcGIS 10.1 software. HLC completed on computer been confirmed by field study ‘Direction change’, ‘Rarity’, ‘Vulnerability’ analysis carried out. Finally, assessments made order contribute protection, planning Park.
