Today, cancer disease is a significant reason for the death of many patients. In cases, diagnosed after metastasized during body. Thus, earlier detection gives better opportunity treatment and cure. A simple 1-D binary photonic crystal with defect layer proposed structure (Si/SiO2)N/Defect/(Si/SiO2)N as detector cancerous cells. The taken here patient's blood sample. Compared normal sample, samples lead to considerable change in refractive index.
