Inclined Fluorine Sputtering Processes In article 2301033, Sang-Jin Lee, Jin Young Kim, and co-workers, report a method for improving short-circuit current density (JSC) power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) by applying an antireflection coating fluorine harnessing the F doping effect on electron transport layer using inclined sputtering process. Consequently, JSC (F-PSC) increased from 25.05 to 26.01 mA cm−2, PCE 24.17 25.30% with good stability F-PSC. The research finding provides novel technology development high-performance PSCs.
