Abstract Background Chemokine levels in severe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients have been shown to be markedly elevated. But the role of chemokines mild COVID-19 has not yet established. Finally, observed a significant negative expression interferon (IFN) regulatory factor 3 (IRF3) MCP-1 Conclusion Higher might correlated with inhibition IFN signaling. finding adds our understanding immunopathological mechanisms acute respiratory syndrome 2 infection provides potential therapeutic targets strategies.
