High school administrators' and teachers' perceptions of their educational action research skills

Educational action research has attracted significant attention from teacher-researchers and school administrators in recent years due to the method's effectiveness teaching practices. Besides, educational skills are regarded as one of essential aspects doing research. The present study aims examine administrators' teachers' perceptions their skills; compare between trained untrained groups group that conducted did not. used 11-item scale survey 255 respondents (16 239 teachers) eleven high schools Binh Duong province, Vietnam. descriptive analysis was assess teachers on skills.
