چکیده
Background: An acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) anterior occurs due to occlusion of left descending artery (LAD) branch coronary artery. The causing transmural ischemia which in turn injury or necrosis. Not only Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) should be performed STEMI less than 120 minutes as the risk adverse events would increase if exceeding total ischemic time, but also procedure can high patients with multiple clinical factors comorbidities complications.Case Report: We report a case 57 years old man who presented Acute Anterior, Artery Disease (CAD) 3 Vessel Diseases (VD), Hypertension Heart (HHD), Chronic Kidney (CKD) on Hemodialysis (HD), COVID-19 confirmed. Results: was successfully stented by PCI and Angiogram (CAG) procedures TIMI flow, minimal bleeding others complications.

Overconsumption of contrast media in percutaneous coronary intervention: Focusing on cost and acute kidney injury
Irrational use of medicines is a major problem worldwide. Since iodixanol (Visipaque®) was categorized in Category I (AV) based on the ABC-VED analysis in our hospital, we evaluated the amount of visipaque use and estimated the incremental cost based on the maximum contrast dose (MCD) following irrational use of contrast media. This retrospective study was conducted on 100 admitted patients age...

background: primary percutaneous coronary intervention (primary pci) is the method of choice in establishing reperfusion in acute myocardial infarction (ami) patients. the aim of this study was to determine the success rate of primary pci in a university medical center in iran with a view to promoting it as a first-line therapy in patients with ami, especially in centers with established cathet...
متن کاملDynamic changes in purine catabolism in patients with acute coronary syndrome that underwent percutaneous coronary intervention
Background: Cardiovascular diseases are global problems. They are causes of death in about 43% of people worldwide and may become the most widespread reason of death by 2020. The prognosis is directly dependent to immediate diagnosis and on time treatment. Introduction of new biochemical markers as the early diagnosis of complications after coronary revascularization is very important in this p...
متن کاملSimple clinical risk score for no-reflow prediction in patients undergoing primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention with acute STEMI
OBJECTIVES To identify the STEMI patients at high risk in terms of no-reflow during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with a simple risk score system that can be used before reperfusion. METHODS Total 173 patients who had undergone primary or rescue percutaneous coronary intervention following the diagnosis of STEMI, were classified as "no-reflow" developers and "no-reflow" non-develop...
متن کاملPercutaneous coronary intervention and inpatient mortality in patients with advanced chronic kidney disease presenting with acute coronary syndrome.
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is an important risk factor for coronary artery disease, yet patients with CKD are less likely to undergo coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We retrospectively analyzed the 2006-2012 National Inpatient Sample Database to examine the temporal trends in coronary angiography and PCI among patients without CKD, with advanced CKD (CKD III-...
