High-resolution Solar Image Reconstruction Based on Non-rigid Alignment

Suppressing the interference of atmospheric turbulence and obtaining observation data with a high spatial resolution is an issue to be solved urgently for ground observations. One way solve this problem perform statistical reconstruction short-exposure speckle images. Combining rapidity Shift-Add accuracy masking, paper proposes novel algorithm-NASIR (Non-rigid Alignment based Solar Image Reconstruction). NASIR reconstructs phase object image at each frequency by building computational model between geometric distortion intensity distribution modulus on aligned images interferometry. We analyzed performance using correlation coefficient, power spectrum, coefficient variation profile (CVoIP) in processing obtained NVST (1m New Vacuum Telescope). The experiments analysis results show that quality reconstructed close masking when seeing good, while has excellent robustness condition becomes worse. Furthermore, entire field view parallel one go, without recursion block-by-block reconstruction, so its computation time less than half masking. Therefore, we consider robust high-quality fast method can serve as effective tool filtering quick look.
