With the increasing demand for safety and automatically locking nuts, it’s important to guarantee a consistent nut quality. Traditionally, floating tapping machine has been used high-speed production, but it unstable thread quality because of existing gap between tap nuts holder. To overcome this problem, stable must be considered high precision threaded process monitored in real-time internal threads reduce inspection time. First, article relative movement its establish dimensionless material removal rate. Furthermore, creating torque curve specific nut, few were tapped obtain maximum value variation at various speeds.
