HIBRIDITAS, MIMIKRI, DAN AMBIVALENSI DALAM BUKU KUMPULAN CERPEN BERBURU BUAYA DI HINDIA TIMUR KARYA RISDA NUR WIDIA

The purpose of this study is to describe the forms hybridity, mimicry, and ambivalence that are presented in book collection short stories Berburu Buaya di Hindia Timur by Risda Nur Widia. This research classified as a qualitative descriptive with postcolonial approach. data technique used analysis literary works documents. process carried out through three stages, namely: (1) reduction, selecting has been collected classifying it into predetermined categories; (2) presenting data, describing analyzing each data; (3) conclusion, giving conclusion analyzed. results show there seven hybridity which include: language, education, mindset, (4) belief, (5) court system, (6) lifestyle, (7) lifestyle tools. . Furthermore, five mimicry were also found means payment, tax weapons, naming places, cooking spices. Meanwhile, two ambivalence, concubines looks. Keywords: postcolonialism
