چکیده
This work sought to study the elimination of nevirapine (NVP) from synthetic wastewater using UV/TiO2/H2O2 system. The main objectives were evaluate influence operating parameters, reaction kinetics, contributing reactive species, degradation pathway, and catalyst reusability. research surface methodology (RSM) was utilized for optimizing process variables. Five variables (pH, NVP concentration, TiO2 dosage, H2O2 irradiation time) optimized with responses set as Total organic carbon (TOC) removals (%), respectively. 89.23% 85.71% TOC achieved after 60 min under optimum conditions. All experimental factors significant removal. pH most dominant factor, highest obtained acidic conditions (pH 3). removal conformed pseudo-first-order model a rate constant (k1) 0.03676 min− 1. Increasing reduced by 75.38%, while there an increase 43.55% H2O2. primarily driven •OH h+VB. photocatalyst demonstrated good stability against loss over four cycles. Although has shown promising results in removing pharmaceuticals dyes wastewater, its application ARVs remains limited. As far authors know, RSM have not yet been reported optimization findings this illustrate that system, applied optimization, can effectively degrade mineralize wastewater. • evaluated hybrid achieved. In this study, we report removal of Diclofenac (DCF) through heterogeneous Fenton process using Fe-ZSM-5 catalyst. The parent catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal technique. Fe species were introduced by wet impregnation. Characterization of the catalysts was carried out using XRD, FT-IR, FE-SEM, N2 adsorption-desorption, NH3-TPD, and acidimetric-alkalimetric titration. The bimetallic catalyst...
