Yakrut is the Ayurvedic name for liver. It involved in several physiological processes body, including metabolic activities, secretory, retention, purification, and elimination of foreign endogenous materials. As a result, any impairment or degradation its functionality leads to wide range liver problems. The principal hepatic illnesses that cause high fatality rate include hepatotoxicity, jaundice, hepatitis. Liver problems are still growing health problem around world. treatment using traditional synthetic medications ineffective can have major negative impact.Ayurvedic herbal medicines, on other hand, variety possible benefits diseases, despite absence proven hepatoprotective medication modern medicine. Ten healthy controls, 9 Rheumatoid Arthritis patients and 5 cancer patients were studied for T and B cells in peripheral circulation. T cell count in cancer patients showed a slight enhancement after receiving Ayurvedic Treatment; but the B cell count remained the same.
