Hemorrhagic septicemia vaccination induced changed immunoglobulin G in Bali Cattle

Hemorrhagic septicemia is a fatal bacterial disease in cattle with high morbidity and mortality causes economic losses. This study aims to measure the Immunoglobulin G titer Bali after vaccination. A total of 35 calves were divided into two groups. The treatment group was vaccinated vaccine, control consist non-vaccinated animals. experiment animal observed for 21 days. Blood samples taken before days serum obtained tested serologically using IgG ELISA Kit. results observation vaccination all still live without any clinical symptoms. showed by HS vaccine produced significant rise titers cattle.
