Cross-sectional analytical study quantitative approach, performed in hemodialysis clinic, Porangatu/GO, 102 patients, undergoing hemodialysis, using KDQOL-SF instrument socioeconomic-demographic questionnaire. In generic dimensions, highest score was emotional well-being, an average 68.51 (72.12 for men 61.6 women). Other significant scores were social function (63.73) energy fatigue (61.18). The lowest physical (12.99) (20.59). specific dimensions KDQOL-SF, encouragement by dialysis team (95.96) patient satisfaction (90.36). professional role (7.35) burden (37.56). people assessed determinant factors identified improvement or worsening clinical picture, enabling subsidies implementation new efficient strategies teaching, practice studies related person aiming improve their living conditions.
