Heart rate variability in laparoscopic hysterectomy depending on different types of anesthesia

The objective: was to evaluate the effectiveness of various anesthesia options for laparoscopic hysterectomy, including low-opioid (LOA) and opioid-free (OFA) by studying dynamics heart rate variability (HRV) indicators.Materials methods. 102 patients were randomly assigned 3 groups: 37 who received standard opioid (control group), 33 women LOA group, 32 OFA.Results. Laparoscopic hysterectomy is accompanied tension autonomic nervous system, especially its sympathetic link, which manifested an increase in index vago-sympathetic interaction at traumatic stage operation. These changes most significant anesthesia, indirectly indicates insufficient stress protection these types intraoperative anesthesia.Conclusions. use a greater stabilization HRV indices, sufficient during than anesthesia.
