چکیده
Cattle farming is an ancient practice, with roots in the early Neolithic era that has retained a major status food industry, global beef market revenue amounting to $385.7B (as of 2018). Hence, cattle maintenance essential for catering nutritional requirements modern civilization. This extensive review aims provide holistic overview microbiome, analyzing native microbial composition within respiratory tract, gastrointestinal reproductive and skin cattle. The dysbiosis associated various diseases such as bovine disease, digital dermatitis, mastitis, Johne’s uterine (metritis endometritis), metabolic disorders (ruminal acidosis ketosis) have been discussed. Moreover, non-antibiotic therapies including phage therapy, prebiotics, probiotics examined potential means reduce disease-associated dysbiosis. In general, this highlights importance microbiome health its alleviating diseases, aim enhance production.

Chemotherapy-driven dysbiosis in the intestinal microbiome.
BACKGROUND Chemotherapy is commonly used as myeloablative conditioning treatment to prepare patients for haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Chemotherapy leads to several side effects, with gastrointestinal (GI) mucositis being one of the most frequent. Current models of GI mucositis pathophysiology are generally silent on the role of the intestinal microbiome. AIM To identify fu...

OBJECTIVES We aimed to characterise the microbial changes associated with histological stages of gastric tumourigenesis. DESIGN We performed 16S rRNA gene analysis of gastric mucosal samples from 81 cases including superficial gastritis (SG), atrophic gastritis (AG), intestinal metaplasia (IM) and gastric cancer (GC) from Xi'an, China, to determine mucosal microbiome dysbiosis across stages o...
متن کاملMetagenomic Predictions: From Microbiome to Complex Health and Environmental Phenotypes in Humans and Cattle
Mammals have a large cohort of endo- and ecto- symbiotic microorganisms (the microbiome) that potentially influence host phenotypes. There have been numerous exploratory studies of these symbiotic organisms in humans and other animals, often with the aim of relating the microbiome to a complex phenotype such as body mass index (BMI) or disease state. Here, we describe an efficient methodology f...
متن کاملDysbiosis of Gut Microbiome and Its Impact on Epigenetic Regulation
High throughput methods have increased knowledge about the epigenome and microbiome, and allowed determination of the plausible link between the gut microbiome and epigenetic modification of the host. This has shed light on the development of various diseases such as immune-mediated, metabolic, and cardiovascular diseases, and even cancer. Dysbiosis, imbalanced gut microbiome which is frequentl...
متن کاملThe microbiome and colorectal neoplasia: environmental modifiers of dysbiosis.
The etiology of colon cancer is complex, yet it is undoubtedly impacted by intestinal microbiota. Whether the contribution to colon carcinogenesis is generated through the presence of an overall dysbiosis or by specific pathogens is still a matter for debate. However, it is apparent that interactions between microbiota and the host are mediated by a variety of processes, including signaling cas...
