Healthcare assessment for beauty centers using hybrid sentiment analysis

<span>Because of COVID-19, healthcare became the first interesting domain at world. Here, comes role researchers to do what they can guide people. Nowadays, most wanted field is beauty industry. It achieved large market. And estimation toward growing. Researchers give advice prevent unhealthy causes in this field. They apply sentiment analysis methods make decision whether a Beauty center healthy or unhealthy. This work develops an improved method classify centers Iraq into and classes. used comments centers’ Facebooks perform assessment. The methodologies encompass two approaches lexicon-based machine-learning-based. Three machine learning mechanisms had been applied; rough set theory, naïve bayes, k-nearest neighbors. will be shown that theory best compared with others two. Rough 95.2%, while Naïve Bayes 87.5% neighbors 78%.</span>
