چکیده
Vegetables are vital to the human diet, and in particular provide well-known nutrients maintain normal physiological functions. The prolonged application of large amount pesticides has resulted heavy metal accumulation vegetable farms. Exposure metals by consumption contaminated vegetables its toxicity is a serious concern. This article reviews effect pesticides, metals, vegetables, soil transfer from plants. However, limited number studies were found data base that examined reduction due contamination. leafy fruit different regions world levels above permissible limits most vegetables. Specific study contamination may be conducted. Furthermore, strategy policy should devised control those hyper-accumulators identified for awareness purposes.
