HEALTH-RELATED QUALITY OF LIFE (HRQOL) IN OLDER ADULT SUBJECTS WITH KNEE OSTEOARTHRITIS PAIN

Aim of the study: The study aims to find health-related quality life (HRQoL) in older adult subjects with knee osteoarthritis pain. Material and methods: A cross-sectional, telephonic was done on above 50 years age. Socio-demographic scales details,(ShalliBavoria, et al., 2020) i.e., WOMAC (Western Ontario McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index), SF-12 (Short Form survey), PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire) al were applied( Soo-Hyun Park Byeong-Hun Kang., 2020). Information retrospectively compiled a semi-structured proforma selected gather clinical variables. Results: Results identified by domains related life.Results showed that there is significant difference general health based KL grading KOA.(P=0.02,P=0.04)Study concluded HRQoL worsens higher KOA.The results substantial discrepancy witnessed between males females where encountered more pain.As stiffness increases decreases.
