HBV-associated DLBCL of poor prognosis: advance in pathogenesis, immunity and therapy

Advanced studies have shown a biological correlation between hepatitis B virus (HBV) and B-cell lymphoma, especially diffuse large lymphoma (DLBCL). Patients with DLBCL infected HBV (HBV-associated DLBCL) are clinically characterized by an advanced clinical stage, poor response to front-line immunochemotherapy regimens, worse prognosis. HBV-associated often exhibits abnormal activation of the nuclear factor kappa pathway as well mutations in oncogenes, including Myc BCL-6 . Currently, there is no consensus on any specific effective treatment for DLBCL. Therefore, this review, we comprehensively mechanistically analyzed natural history infection immunity, HBV-mediated immune escape, epigenetic alterations, dysregulated signaling pathways, potential therapeutic approaches We hope that improved understanding biology would lead development novel approaches, enhance number trials, improve prognosis disease.
