چکیده

Epithelial cells are important in the regeneration of oral mucosal tissue. The cell source is commonly derived from tissue biopsy, which obtained through surgery. Stem human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED) were demonstrated to differentiate into multiple types. As it can be readily available teeth, induced and become a potential epithelial for study. This study aims examine mixture growth factors differentiation epithelial-like stem cells. factor cocktail constitutes hepatocyte (HGF), keratinocyte (KGF), insulin-like 2 (IGF-II), epidermal (EGF). After introducing cocktail, treated SHED assessed characteristics markers using proliferation test, morphological transformation, protein gene expression by immunofluorescence staining cytometry assessment, respectively. rate was analysed statistically Analysis Variance (ANOVA) with Repeated Measures (p<0.05). changes on 7th day after cocktail. These transformations alignment identification genes associated positive stain outcomes pan-cytokeratin, E-cadherin, p63. test indicated that introduction significantly correlated. used this research facilitated validate production SHED; studies focus these aspects immensely.

SHED: stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth.

To isolate high-quality human postnatal stem cells from accessible resources is an important goal for stem-cell research. In this study we found that exfoliated human deciduous tooth contains multipotent stem cells [stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED)]. SHED were identified to be a population of highly proliferative, clonogenic cells capable of differentiating into a variety...

Mitochondria Regulate the Differentiation of Stem Cells from Human Exfoliated Deciduous Teeth.

Stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED) are isolated from the dental pulp tissue of primary teeth and can differentiate into neuronal cells. Although SHED are a desirable type of stem cells for transplantation therapy and for the study of neurological diseases, a large part of the neuronal differentiation machinery of SHED remains unclear. Recent studies have suggested that mito...

Isolation, characterization and multi-lineage differentiation of stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth

The aim of the present study was to isolate stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHEDs) and identify their phenotypes and multi‑lineage differentiation potential. Three SHED cell strains were successfully isolated from three exfoliated deciduous teeth from different human subjects using the outgrowth method. Flow cytometric analysis indicated that SHEDs displayed high expression of...

Comparative Analysis of Proliferation and Differentiation Potentials of Stem Cells from Inflamed Pulp of Deciduous Teeth and Stem Cells from Exfoliated Deciduous Teeth

Stem cells isolated from exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHEDs) are highly capable of proliferation and differentiation, and they represent good cell sources for mesenchymal stem cell- (MSC-) mediated dental tissue regeneration, but the supply of SHEDs is limited. A previous study found that stem cells could be isolated from inflamed tissues, but it is unknown whether primary dental pulp diagnosed ...

Biological characteristics of Stem Cells from Human Exfoliated Deciduous Teeth (SHEDs) and its therapeutic applications in regenerative medicine

Stem cells isolated from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHEDs) are multipotent mesenchymal stem cells that are isolated from dental pulp tissues. These cells have a high proliferative capacity, multipotential ability, immunomodulatory function, and minimal risk of oncogenesis. Recent studies have shown that SHEDs are a feasible cell source for cell therapy and regenerative medicine.
