چکیده

Background and objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of cultivation environment Allium microdictyon in forest on leaf growth characteristics antioxidant activity. Methods: One-year seedlings were planted test sites with different elevations slopes a forest. Each site selected south-facing slope north-facing each at 700 m 500 above sea level, created within straight-line distance 200m. Leaf investigated enzyme activity measured from April June following year after planting. Results: The 500m reached maximum size about week earlier than 700m sites, area doubled same periods higher slope. In Misan-ri, where fastest, total nitrogen (T-N) soil also showed high content. Regarding according planting harvest time, there little difference superoxide dismutase (SOD), but catalase increased until time release then decreased thereafter. Malondialdehyde (MDA), measure degree lipid peroxidation, date slightly increased. Conclusion: Based results this study, it is possible control by adjusting location such as direction for microdictyon. Catalase MDA tended be proportional or inversely depending date, serving most active indicators change physiological activity.

Plant growth and cultivation.

There is a variety of methods used for growing plants indoor for laboratory research. In most cases plant research requires germination and growth of plants. Often, people have adapted plant cultivation protocols to the conditions and materials at hand in their own laboratory and growth facilities. Here I will provide a guide for growing some of the most frequently used plant species for resear...

Growth Characteristics and Fruit Quality in the Hydroponic Cultivation of Blueberries

During the 1990s, the sustainable management of the forests issue has begun to attract the world’s attention, therefore, some forest management certifications started and began to spread to worldwide. In 1999, for the first time, in Maine, the USA, there was another kind of third party certification program called Maine Master Logger Certification (MLC) being established for loggers by local lo...

Cultivation and growth characteristics of a diverse group of oligotrophic marine Gammaproteobacteria.

Forty-four novel strains of Gammaproteobacteria were cultivated from coastal and pelagic regions of the Pacific Ocean using high-throughput culturing methods that rely on dilution to extinction in very low nutrient media. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the isolates fell into five rRNA clades, all of which contained rRNA gene sequences reported previously from seawater environmental gene clon...

Growth, Development and Yield in Pure and Mixed Forest Stands

Objective: Ecosystems with mixed species compared to the ones with pure compositions provide a broader range of options in the fields of biodiversity, conservation, protection and restoration. Nearly all forest plantations are established as monocultures, but research has shown that there are potential advantages to be gained by using carefully designed species mixtures in place of monocultures...

A Spatiotemporal Model of Shifting Cultivation and Forest Cover Dynamics

Shifting cultivation is the primary means of livelihood for subsistence farmers throughout the humid forests of the tropics. Sustainable use of the resource base as a source of fertile land for cultivation requires long periods of fallow and the ability to move the zone of active cultivation from one location to another over time. At the individual patch or field level, shifting cultivation is ...
