GROUP DYNAMICS AND CREATIVITY: A RESEARCH WITH YOUNG ADULTS IN REGGIO EMILIA, ITALY

Modern society demands innovativeness and creativity. Few studies have examined group dynamics’ influence on individuals’ This study explores creativity in settings how the gender of participants influences dynamics creative process by observing specific behaviors, including social interaction play, action, thinking. In groups three, thirty (20–25 years) were asked to create mosaics representing a “learning community” using Lego DOTS. Relationships between creativity, thinking their orientation explored. Results showed negative relationships processes, thinking, actions: more intense were, less Surprisingly, female oriented task; male dynamics.
