چکیده

Ningdong coal base area located in northwestern China is one of the largest coal-producing bases China. The aim this work to investigate a regional-scale mining subsidence over area, by using both conventional and advanced Differential Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry (DInSAR) methods. Fifteen L-band SAR images from ALOS-2 satellite 102 C-band Sentinel-1A spanning between November 2014 July 2019 were used for analysis. To increase spatial extent displacement signal because decorrelated effects, we modified traditional Small Baseline Subset (SBAS) method incorporate coherence into inverse problem, hereafter call it coherence-based SBAS method. Instead excluding pixels present interferograms, keep all time series analysis down-weighted with coherence. We performed two datasets obtain rate maps time-series areas, compared results that stacking InSAR evaluated effectiveness DInSAR monitoring comparing differential interferograms displacements derived data. Compared C-band, are less affected phase aliasing due large gradients. most significant was found at Maliantai mine −264 mm/year detected Sentinel-1 validated accuracy 18 GPS stations above five active regions. average RMSE measurements 28.4 mm data 21 Our demonstrate combined exploitation through methods could be crucial monitor ground which provides insights dynamics determine characteristic surface response longwall advance.

Land Subsidence Evaluation Using Insar Time Series Analysis in Bangkok Metropolitan Area

There has been increasing interest over the last few years in the use of radar interferometry for land subsidence evaluation/monitoring. InSAR time series algorithms such as PSI and small baseline methods offer the possibility to measure ground displacements to a degree of accuracy comparable to traditional geodetic technique such as leveling. This preliminary work reveals the potential of time...

Anatomy of Subsidence in Tianjin from Time Series InSAR

Groundwater is a major source of fresh water in Tianjin Municipality, China. The average rate of groundwater extraction in this area for the last 20 years fluctuates between 0.6 and 0.8 billion cubic meters per year. As a result, significant subsidence has been observed in Tianjin. In this study, C-band Envisat (Environmental Satellite) ASAR (Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar) images and L-band...

InSAR Time-Series Analysis of Land Subsidence under Different Land Use Types in the Eastern Beijing Plain, China

In the Beijing plain, the long-term groundwater overexploitation, exploitation, and the utilization of superficial urban space have led to land subsidence. In this study, the spatial–temporal analysis of land subsidence in Beijing was assessed by using the small baseline subset (SBAS) interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) technique based on 47 TerraSAR-X SAR images from 2010 to 2015....
