This paper describes the real time implementation and control of a wind energy conversion chain emulator based on synchronous generator (SG) using full-scale power converter configuration. The proposed structure consists mechanical coupling two 1.5 kW machines, DC motor which emulates static-dynamic behaviors three-blade turbine with horizontal axis including an ideal gearbox, that ensures electromechanical manages different operating modes. aim first part in this work is design grid side order to flow produced/consumed active reactive (PGSC / QGSC) both directions between grid. An improved experimental voltage vector-orientation algorithm (VOC) investigated applied inverter GSC powers independently instantly. algorithms are implanted C, dSPACE DS1104 board drive 6-IGBT’s inverter. results validate effectiveness scheme GSC.
