چکیده

Background: In biomedical research, silver nanoparticles have attracted the attention of many scientists in drug delivery and other applications. This study investigates characterization biologically synthesized their efficacy on cancer cells. Methods: The produced was accomplished using UV:visible absorption spectroscopy, which showed maximum at 422 nm. structural morphology carried out by transmission electron microscope (TEM) atomic force (AFM), anticancer biosynthesized compound investigated two cell lines, namely HT-29 (colon cancer) EAC. Results: morphological examination revealed spherical, three-dimensional ranging between 5 to 50 results experiment, conducted an MTT assay, that prepared had excellent anti-cancer activity against both tested cells, is EAC lines. Conclusion: confirms can be Rhizopus stolonifer used as substances therapy delivery.

Size-Controlled and Optical Properties of Monodispersed Silver Nanoparticles Synthesized by the Radiolytic Reduction Method

Size-controlled and monodispersed silver nanoparticles were synthesized from an aqueous solution containing silver nitrate as a metal precursor, polyvinyl alcohol as a capping agent, isopropyl alcohol as hydrogen and hydroxyl radical scavengers, and deionized water as a solvent with a simple radiolytic method. The average particle size decreased with an increase in dose due to the domination of...
