چکیده
A green strategy and cost-effective approach was adapted to prepare Zinc oxide quantum dots (ZnO QDs) for biomedical applications. The prepared ZnO QDs may hold great promise as sensing scanners diagnostics therapy, demonstrated in our current study. sulfate, Azadirachta indica, Aloe vera gel Catharanthus roseus leaves extract were used synthesize a novel natural bionanocomposite BC) precursor by microwave-assisted technique. BC characterized SEM–EDX, FT-IR, XRD, Zeta potential, particle size analysis. optical properties of investigated using UV PL spectrophotometers. Experimental factors like the concentrations Nps, C. roseus, evaluated Box–Behnken design (BBD). MTT hemolysis assay performed QDs. Maximum absorbance observed at optimized values 0.5% 1 g A. gel, 0.5 ml leaf against BBD. There decreased viability rate, ranging from 60 15% mg/ml 45 5% 5 which revealed tenfold decrease cell with less concentration scale when compared that BC. Also, test shows ratio below 0.5%, indicating non-hemolysis Cellular morphology results supported phase-contrast microscopy images. Good biocompatibility high anticancer activity noticed provide versatile applications field nano-biomedicine.

متن کاملThe Activity of Sirtuin 1 in MCF-7 Breast Cancer Cell Line: The Effects of Visfatin
Background & Objectives: Breast cancer is the most common cancer and the second leading cause of cancer deaths among women. Obesity, hormones, and growth factors are the risk factors for this kind of cancer. One of the changes observed in patients suffering from breast cancer is the elevated Visfatin or nicotinamide phosphoribosyl transferase (NAMPT) in their tumor tissues and blood. The increa...

Various 1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol derivatives have considerable potential in the field of antitumor activity. On the basis of the structure of the highly active reported oxadiazole analogues, 36 novel compounds were designed. Their molecular transport properties were predicted using a computer-aided program, and they were then synthesized and tested for anticancer activity against the breast can...
