چکیده
Abstract The green plant-mediated synthesis of silver (GPS-Ag) nanoparticles (NPs) has been increasingly popular due to its eco-friendliness, availability, cost-effectiveness, and the fact that it can be safely handled possesses a broad variability metabolites, such as antioxidant antimicrobial activities. In this current study, AgNPs demonstrated using aqueous extracts fresh leaves Ficus carica Salvia rosmarinus (rosemary) reduced nitrate. This procedure made NPs possible, which was characterized by numerous analytical techniques ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray dynamic light scattering studies. visual observation indicated colour nitrate turned brownish yellow after treatment with leaf confirmed UV-Vis spectra. addition, TEM analysis showed synthesized well dispersed average sizes less than 22 nm. Furthermore, F. rosemary were examined for their activities against different Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria strains. results AgNPs, derived from carica, have more antibacterial others inhibited bacterial growth.
